How does this work with Volvo?

The validator works like any service tester, in the Volvo truck ASO service, i.e. after connecting to the 16 pin plug in the truck, we turn on the ignition and press the button -> a procedure is sent to all modules mounted in the car so that the errors are erased, After about 2 seconds the tester will let you know with a flash of a large lamp that the procedure has been sent successfully.

Why?

With tractor units, it is the case that the deadlines are chasing and they have to earn for the boss, so any occurrence of an error can cause delays in deliveries, which also cause penalties, etc.

In the event of ADBLUE errors, after 20 hours, e.g. in Volvo power is cut off, such a tractor can not go further, just by connecting the validator delete errors and 20 hours are counted again to cut off power.

Of course, you can go to the service center and pay 100-200 PLN for a one-time error deletion, but why?

Besides, if you have experience in international transport, you probably know that in the EU the service will not delete your mistakes simply... they will fix everything, replace what is broken and only then they will let your driver with a bill for a few thousand euros...

Therefore, I think that the driver can delete his mistakes himself, quickly straight and continue his route to the destination ...And when he comes to the company then the mechanics on the basis will fix what is needed ...

When driving to the European Union, the services connect the diagnostic computer to the tractor, e.g.

England, UK, France, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, and soon also polish ETC....

Unfortunately, if there are mistakes after the so-called magnet, there are fines from 2 to about 5 thousand euros....

If there are no errors in the tractor --> there is no basis for issuing a fine ;)

The eraser can also be used as a quick diagnostic code reader to erase errors, i.e. in the case of "combing and repairing" in the electronics tractor, e.g. mounting halogens, etc., instead of turning on the pc computer, connecting the tester, it is enough to use my eraser, quickly and effectively in a few seconds.

Why do I think I have the best validator available on the market?

It is made and designed in Poland, produced under my brand, which is a registered trademark throughout the European Union, so you can legally drive it in the car without any consequences!!!

At the moment, only my validator has a procedure to check whether communication has actually been established and whether information has been sent to the car. The driver knows 100% whether this was the case. In the case of the competition validator, the validator is connected and you have to think that it worked... but there is no certainty!!!

For me there is a test to check whether communication with the car has been established, which the driver knows in a moment!!!
