1. Is the PURIS steam cleaner safe for floor panels? Yes, the unit is safe for most hard floors, including high abrasion class panels. We recommend using a microfiber cover and adjusting the amount of steam to a lower level so as not to over-soak the surface.

2. How long do I have to wait for the device to be ready to work? Thanks to the 2000W heater, it takes about 6 minutes to fully heat the tank. The built-in indicator will inform you about the readiness to work.

3. Can I pour floor cleaner into the tank for a better smell? No. Only clean water (preferably distilled or filtered) should be poured into the steam cleaner to prevent limescale build-up. Adding detergents can damage the heating system of the device.

4. What security does the device have? The PURIS model is equipped with a safety valve in the stopper (locks the opening under pressure), a steam trigger lock on the gun and a system of protection against overheating and work without water.

5. Does the washer remove old stains from the upholstery? Hot steam perfectly dissolves dirt and stains. In the case of very old, dried dirt, steam "relaxes" the structure of the stain, which makes it much easier to remove it with the included upholstery cloth.

6. Does the steamer require frequent descaling? The frequency depends on the hardness of the water used. Using distilled water virtually eliminates the problem of stone. For tap water, we recommend rinsing regularly
