SOLID MASS is a basic gainer carbohydrate-protein supplement designed for intensively training athletes whose goal is to increase body weight. SOLID MASS contains short-, medium- and long-chain carbohydrates and whey protein concentrate. The product is a source of protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. SOLID MASS has been additionally enriched with a complex facilitating the supplementation of vitamins in the daily diet.

How to use:

• Dissolve a single serving of the product – 100 g (3,5 scoops) in 250 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 4 servings per day.
• On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours after training, other portions between meals.
• On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, the remaining portions between meals.
• Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
