Comprehensive composition of properly combined carbohydrates with different glycemic index and proteins, enriched with properly selected portions of creatine monohydrate and taurine. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Consumption of creatine contributes to the increase of physical performance during short-term, repeated high-intensity exercises (the beneficial effect concerns the consumption of 3 g of creatine per day).
