Agent containing a living organism, designed to protect the root zone from fungal diseases. The non-pathogenic fungus Pythium oligandrum is a parasite of some species of pathogenic fungi. It inhabits the root zone by eliminating certain pathogenic fungi through competitive action.
At the same time, it stimulates the growth of plants by introducing phytohormones, phosphorus and sugars into them. This stimulation begins during direct contact of mycelium and young plant tissue.
When sprayed on the ground, Pythium oligandrum breaks down hyphae of pathogenic fungi through enzymatic decomposition, while stimulating the immune mechanisms of the protected plant. The product is intended for use with hand sprayers and for watering and soaking plants.
The agent works most effectively in a substrate with a temperature of 12 - 25 C and pH 5,5 - 7,5. Treatments should be performed early in the morning or in the evening (avoid strong sunlight).
Application of the measure:
- Pour the measured amount of the preparation into a clean dish and pour lukewarm, clean water (at least 100 ml per 5 g of the preparation)
- Leave the preparation in a dish with water for 1 hour.
- Pour the resulting suspension into a watering can or strain using the included filter cloth and pour into the sprayer tank. Refill with the appropriate amount of water and mix. The procedure should be performed no later than 10 hours after activation of microorganisms.
Term of use: use the product from the beginning of flowering to the end of fruit harvest.
Use together with an adjuvant dose of:
Polyversum WP 1,5 – 2,0 g/100 m2 + Protector – 3 ml l/100m2.
Recommended amount of water: 4,0- 6,0 l/m2.
