Mixture of my Ponds is an herbal tea composed of specially selected herbs, of which m.in. nettle leaf has a positive effect on joint health.

• nettle leaf - 20 %,
• birch leaf - 20 %,
• gout leaf - 20 %,
• blackcurrant leaf - 20 %,
• bundle herb - 20 %

• 1 tablespoon mixture (2,0 g) pour 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml) and infuse covered for 10-15 minutes.
• Let stand for 10 minutes and strain.
• Drink a warm infusion
• To obtain a beneficial effect resulting from the declared action, it is recommended to consume 1 cup of infusion (250 ml) prepared from 1 tablespoon of the mixture (2,0 g) 1 time a day.

Ingredients contained in the daily portion (1 tbsp):

 

• nettle leaf - 0,4 g,
• birch leaf - 0,4 g,
• gout leaf - 0,4 g,
• blackcurrant leaf - 0,4 g,
• bundle herb - 0,4 g
