The tapes are made of certified natural latex, which is a fully natural and friendly material for everyday use. 🔵 3 RESISTANCE AND PROGRESSIVE TRAINING FROM SCRATCH

Progressive training is that resistance increases with the degree of tension of the rubber: the harder you stretch it, the more resistance it resists. You start with the lightest yellow rubber and as you increase in strength you reach for more colors. The individual resistances are:

1 yellow 0,2 mm: resistance 2-4 kg, for the beginning of rehabilitation and for children and the elderly

2 red 0,25 mm: resistance 5-9 kg, for the second stage of rehabilitation and gentle strengthening

3 purple 0,30 mm: resistance 9-11 kg, for moderate muscle strengthening
