Method of use

Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, one (1) tablet in the morning, with or without food.

Estrogen for women should be taken cyclically: three weeks and one week break, starting from the 5th day of the menstrual cycle for premenopausal women, and daily for postmenopausal women.

People taking any estrogen product should include cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage and/or cauliflower in their diet. When using this product, women should also use a natural cream with progesterone.

Note

Do not use in case of pregnancy, lactation or estrogen-dependent cancers. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Do not use if the outer packaging is opened or damaged.
