Amix Rock's Gel is a convenient energy gel designed for people practicing strength sports and intensive training. Thanks to the combination of fast and gradually released carbohydrates, it helps to provide energy both at the beginning of the effort and during it.

Rock's Gel contains a carefully selected composition of carbohydrates with different rates of energy release. Maltodextrin quickly replenishes energy during intense exercise. Dextrose is a rapidly digestible source of glucose, so it can be used by the body almost immediately. Palatinosis® (isomaltulose) is characterized by a low glycemic index and releases energy gradually, supporting longer effort. Fibersol®-2 is a soluble corn fiber that complements the carbohydrate composition. Vitamin C helps in the proper functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise and contributes to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue. The product also contains sodium and potassium, which are important electrolytes lost with subsequent loss.

Recommended use: Take 1 energy gel before or during physical activity. Drink plenty of liquid. Use a maximum of 4-5 gels per day.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of small children. Protect against frost and direct sunlight.
