High Fructose Gel provides 30 g of carbohydrates per gel, derived from maltodextrin and fructose, in a ratio of 10:8. This formula based on “multi-transport carbohydrates” has been shown in studies as the only way to increase the rate of assimilation and oxidation of exogenous carbohydrates to more than 60 g/hour during long-term exercise using carbohydrates that are absorbed in the intestines via various transporters. Maltodextrin
