It contains all the necessary electrolytes (salts), sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and chlorine. This facilitates rapid hydration of the body and exchange of electrolytes.
How to use Go Energy+Electrolyte Gel 60ml ENERGY OIL WITH ELECTROLYTES:
