PowerGel SHOTS gel shots perform the same function as PowerGel gels, using a scientifically developed combination of different carbohydrate sources.

They can be easily dispensed and also taste very good.

Dual Carb Mix C2MAX Dual Source Carb Mix, contains sources of glucose and fructose in a ratio of 2:1

Five shots deliver roughly the same amount of carbohydrates as one PowerGel gel

Unique taste with liquid gel filling

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, water, gelatin, acid (citric acid) moisture retainer (glycerol), natural flavor, acidity regulator (sodium citrate), caffeine, stabilizers (carrageenan, carob meal), barley malt extract, vegetable fat (coconut, palm grain), glazing substance (carnauba wax), concentrated black licorice juice.

Suggested way of consumption:

Up to 9 shots in an hour before exercise and/or during exercise, it is recommended to consume up to 90g of carbohydrates per hour, depending on the intensity and duration. One shot delivers ok. 5g of carbohydrates.
