Maxim Energy Gel is a gel rich in carbohydrates. Contains approx. 35% pure glucose, 35% maltose, and 30% polysaccharides. Glucose is a carbohydrate that the body metabolizes into energy immediately. It is absorbed into the blood immediately after consumption, because it does not have to be digested first.

During long and intensive exercise, blood sugar levels fall below normal. The result: energy loss, problems with concentration, and thus worse results. This is a problem that arises in endurance sports such as triathlon, cycling, running, rowing, etc.

How to use: Consume one third of the gel sachet during exercise, every 20-30 minutes with 1-2 sips of water. Once opened, use within 3 days.
