How to use Vitargo gel?

In situations where you cannot reach for the Vitargo sports drink, the Vitargo gel will effectively fulfill its role.

It contains an optimal set of carbohydrates: Vitargo , isomaltulose and trehalose, thanks to which one serving of the gel provides an energy dose sufficient for about 30 minutes of training.

For example, during a marathon, we recommend taking a portion of Vitargo gel (45g) every 30-45 minutes of running, preferably with a small amount of water - 200 ml or more if it's warm (1 cup usually corresponds to approx. 150 ml of water).
