May contain derivatives: cereals containing gluten, soy, milk.

Method of use

Use: Dissolve one serving (3,3 g – 1 scoop of 2,5 ml) in 70 ml of water. Use three times a day before training. The package contains a measuring cup.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. The product is intended for adults performing high-intensity physical exercises. Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects. Some people may experience tingling through beta-alanine. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, in a closed container, out of reach of small children.
