• It is recommended to use wooden spoons and oven gloves when in contact with the dish.
• Do not pour cold water into a hot boiler, as this may cause cracking of cast iron and rusting.
• After each use, wash the cauldron with water and rub with a paper towel soaked in edible oil (for this purpose, we recommend specialized oil, dedicated to seasoning cast iron).
