To run all three controllers simultaneously, you need a total of:
- Clean and dry the skin thoroughly at the application site.
- Attach the control panel to the overlay with nap.
- Place 2 AAA batteries in the controller according to the pole designation.

- Turn on the control panel.
- Choose one of the 6 work programmes.
- Start with the lowest intensity.
