Correct measurement

1 Put the cuff on your wrist, without clothes.

2 Distance: keep 1-2 cm between the lower edge of the cuff and the palm.

3 Fit cuff at heart height – the device must be at the heart level.

4 Rest the elbow on the table and ensure a stable hand position.

5 Sit comfortably on a chair with a backrest, straight back, feet flat on the floor.

6 Do not cross your legs – keep them relaxed on the floor.

7 The hand should be relaxed, do not clench your hand in the fist.

8 Measurement in a sitting position – do not measure in motion or lying down.

9 Keep calm and peaceful – do not talk while measuring.
