✅ How to properly test the pressure?

1. Sit comfortably, resting your back against the backrest. Put your hands against the table or armrests.
2. Do not drink caffeinated beverages 30 minutes before measuring. Do not smoke until 30 minutes before the test.
3. Measure every day at the same time of day.
4. Repeat each measurement 3 times and draw the average from these measurements.
5. Wait 1 minute between measurements.
6. Record your measurements daily.

How to correctly read the pressure parameters on the display?

The correct pressure occurs when its values range between 100 and 139/60 and 89 mmHg. The pressure of 120/80 mmHg is considered ideal.
