Delphin Tryo Bite Indicator
A bite beacon like no other, with a built-in LED and ingenious features that put this model one step ahead of others in its category.
The head part is designed in a unique shape that sets it apart from other models on the market. The name TRYO comes from this triangular shape. It is equipped with a ball cord clip that allows you to adjust the tension with a small knob. This mechanism consists of small balls, minimizing the friction surface, when taking. The head is made of hardened, matte plastic for increased durability against mechanical damage.
The body of this bite alarm has been completely redesigned and equipped with two new features. This concept was made entirely by the development engineers of Delphin.
The first one called CABLE MANAGER consists of small incisions on the sides, which are designed to hold the cable in place during transport. Thanks to this, it will not tangle with other elements of the set.
The second feature is a groove called ARM STOPPER. In addition to holding the bottom of the bite beacon, it performs two important functions. It can secure the main body so that the two parts hold together firmly, and it can stop the bite beacon from swinging much faster from side to side.
This means that when we lift the rod and the line is released from the main part, TRYO will quickly stop in the hanging position. Usually it takes only three to four swings. Comparing this product with other bite alarms you have used, it offers much greater strength, especially in the plastic parts and the joint connecting it to the main body.
For better line tension, it also has a sliding counterweight. Delphin TRYO is equipped with an electronic bite alarm connector. When it is connected, the LED will light up with a muffled light (according to the color of the head), which allows you to see the bite signal at night. As a bonus and in case of loss, this product includes spare tags to attach it to the electronic bite alarm.
