Method of use

Dissolve 1 HYDROTABS tablet in 500 ml of water. Drink regularly during warm-up and during physical activity (approx. 150 ml every 15 minutes). The prepared drink should be consumed immediately after preparation.

Use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people allergic to any of the ingredients of the product is not recommended. It is not intended for children under 3 years of age. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consumption in excessive amounts can have a laxative effect.
