It provides higher doses of sodium, potassium and magnesium than the basic Daily Electrolytes, and the addition of fast carbohydrates (tapioca dextrose) supports fluid absorption and energy during exercise. Method of use

Mix 1 scoop with at least 470 to 590 ml (16 to 20 oz) of water. Consume 30 to 90 minutes before or immediately after training, or as directed by a specialist.
