What is the difference between rated power and maximum engine power?

Rated power (nominal) This is the power that an electric vehicle motor can maintain for extended periods of time during normal use, without the risk of overheating. In practice, this means that the motor of an electric vehicle is designed to deliver this power most of the time, for example, in normal or economical mode.

Peak power This is the maximum power that an engine can generate in a short period of time, for example during intense acceleration or uphill climb. Long-term operation with maximum power is not recommended, as this can lead to overheating and engine damage.

What determines the range of an electric vehicle?

The range of an electric vehicle depends on several factors: the selected driving mode (e.g. Economy mode consumes less energy), user weight and terrain type. Driving on flat terrain in economy mode will provide greater range than riding on uneven surfaces in sports mode.

How to charge an electric vehicle?

The electric vehicle is equipped with a charger. Connect it to the electrical network and then to the vehicle socket. To extend the life of the battery, it is best to charge it at room temperature.

How to take care of the battery of an electric vehicle?
