The scooters had a speed above 20 km/h by default. We had to unpack them and reprogram them to comply with the regulations. Therefore, the boxes are opened.

Designed for portability and everyday practicality, the OKAI Neon ES20 features a sturdy yet lightweight aluminum frame, keeping the total weight at just 18 kg. It folds down to a compact size of 114,5 × 45 × 40 cm, so storage and transportation require no effort. The scooter is equipped with a subpparka, non-slip podnóżek, front and rear fenders and a mechanical warning bell for added convenience and safety.

Stylish RGB ambient lighting

Bright front and rear LED lights improve visibility at night and contribute to safe driving in low light conditions. The scooter is also equipped with RGB ambient lighting, which can be customized to suit the driver's style or increase the visibility of others on the road. The IP5X rating provides resistance to dust and light rain, making it a reliable companion in a variety of weather conditions.

Customizable display themes and integration with mobile app

The integrated display not only shows the speed and battery level, but also features an NFC lock system for added security. Drivers can choose from three different themes of the display for a personalized experience. The display is easy to read in daylight and blends seamlessly with the OKAI mobile app, offering additional control over scooter settings, riding modes, and lockout.

Powered by a 36-Volt battery with 9,8 Ah Samsung 18650 cells, the scooter provides a maximum range of up to 40 km on a single charge. The included 2A charger provides a full charge in about 5,5 hours, making it convenient to charge at night.

With a peak engine power of 500 W, the scooter confidently copes on hills with an inclination of up to 20° (36,4%). Cyclists can enjoy a top speed of 20 km/h, offering a balance between safety and efficiency when navigating the city.

The scooter is equipped with a 9-inch tubeless road tire at the front and a 8,5-inch full honeycomb tire at the back, which reduces the risk of puncture and provides excellent durability on typical urban surfaces. The rear spring suspension effectively absorbs bumps and uneven terrain, increasing comfort during longer rides.
