The Hailong lithium-ion battery with 48V 30Ah parameters and a total energy of 1440Wh was created specifically for electric bicycles mounted on the rear rack. The set includes an original charger with parameters of 54,6V 2A with a European EU plug – at no additional cost and hidden fees.

Intelligent BMS protection built into the design

Inside the housing there is a multifunctional BMS battery management module, which provides comprehensive protection at every stage of use:

• Protection against lithium cell overcharging
• Over-discharge lock that prevents damage to cells
• Prevention of electrical short circuits while driving or connecting
• Temperature control with operation lock in case of overheating
• Stabilization of voltage during long routes and intensive acceleration

Durable housing construction

Housing made of hard plastic resistant to impact, scratches and changing weather conditions. The model features a built-in two-key lock that locks the battery onto the bike frame and protects against theft when leaving the vehicle outside. The shape of the housing fits perfectly into standard Hailong trunk handles, assembly takes a few minutes without specialized tools.

1. Unlock the battery holder Insert the key and turn left to unlock the mounting socket on the bike frame.
2. Put the battery into the clipboard Adjust the shape of the battery and gently slide it into the frame holder.
3. Lock the battery with a key Press the battery to the base, turn the key to the right to permanently close the lock.
4. Connect the power cord Plug the cable plug from the bike into the battery output port.
5. Check connection stability Make sure the plug is well plugged in and the battery is not moving.
6. Ready to drive Turn on the control panel on the steering wheel – the battery works properly, you can go on the road.
