REMOVABLE NON-STICK PLATES

INDEPENDENT PLATE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

▶ The grill allows you to set independent temperatures for the top and bottom plates, ranging from 90°C to 230°C.

▶ You can fully open the grill and set a lower temperature on the top plate to gently grill vegetables like peppers, zucchini, or eggplant. At the same time, you can set a higher temperature on the bottom plate to quickly cook or bake meats such as steaks or chicken.

▶ If you want to achieve a crispy crust or lightly sear the top of casseroles or cheeses, you can set a higher temperature on the top plate, while the bottom plate has a lower temperature to prevent the bottom of the food from burning.

FUNCTION OF COMPLETE DECOMPOSITION
