The special drive from BOSCH with Low Vibration system produces eccentric movement and rotational movement of the grinding plate (on the principle of "free wheel"), eccentric rotational movement of the grinding plate ensures maximum removal efficiency and particularly high-quality grinding. Thanks to the principle of "free wheel", the rotational movement of the platter under the influence of increasing the pressure is leveled until complete shutdown (only oscillatory eccentric movement remains). Thanks to this, the treated surface is very smooth and clean and has no grinding marks. This creates ideal conditions for further surface treatment (e.g. painting, varnishing or polishing). The grinder provides the best results also when polishing varnishes, brass and plexiglass, and the built-in Low Vibration system reduces vibrations generated during grinding to a minimum, guaranteeing no tiring work

The dust extraction system from BOSCH guarantees high efficiency of dust extraction generated during grinding of all materials. The built-in suction module transports grinding dust at high speed through the suction holes in the grinding plate directly to the very durable microfilter container from BOSCH

The microfilter system from BOSCH, which includes a container and a filter (microfilter) designed for repeated use – this saves money (there is no need to buy paper or textile bags). The multi-layer filter surface provides up to 30% more filtering efficiency compared to traditional paper bags, and thus increases the efficiency of dust extraction – greater air flow results in greater dust removal from the treated surface. Quick opening system guarantees easy operation of the container and makes it easy to empty it from grinding dust

BOSCH Electronic system: built-in speed controller, thanks to which we can accurately select the rotational speed to the material being processed, the regulator has been placed right next to the main switch, so that with one hand we can both turn the grinder on and off as well as we can conveniently adjust the rotational speed

The housing covered with soft material type Softgrip thanks to which the level of vibrations transmitted to the hands has been reduced, the grip confidence has been increased (the grinder does not slip out of the hand) and the resistance of the device to all kinds of mechanical damage has been increased, e.g. when falling from a height.

The Ø125mm sanding plate with Velcro paper attachment, thanks to this solution, the grinder guarantees a quick and very easy way to replace sandpapers. Simply remove the used paper, press down on the new one, and you can continue grinding. In addition, BOSCH offers 3 different hardnesses of grinding plates (a medium hardness plate is included as standard), thanks to which the user has the opportunity to adjust the appropriate plate to the type of work performed (soft plate for grinding round and round shapes, hard plate for grinding flat planes)

Power cable with a bend in the form of a hanger, thanks to which the user has the ability to hang the grinder, e.g. on a ladder or on a hook

Paper Assistant holder for easy sanding of sandpaper. Along with the grinder, the user receives a Paper Assistant holder, which is used to easily and quickly attach sandpaper to the grinding plate. This holder ensures that the paper has been accurately fixed on the plate and the suction holes have not been obscured, by the paper

Possibility to connect a vacuum cleaner for dust extraction (in place of a microfilter)
