The perfect composed dish for a child who is over 5 months old. The nutritional value of pumpkin and its medicinal properties cannot be overestimated. Pumpkin is extremely rich in many valuable minerals and vitamins such as vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, C, beta-carotene, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron, manganese, selenium and zinc. Chicken meat contains a lot of easily digestible protein, B vitamins, especially B3 and B6. When giving chicken meat to a child, we also provide a lot of minerals, such as zinc, selenium, magnesium and phosphorus. Zinc is found in about 200 enzymes, it is involved in many life processes, i.a. bone mineralization, wound healing, immune system function.
