Zucchini contained in the dish is a mild in taste, easily digestible vegetable. It contains potassium, iron and magnesium and vitamins A, C, K, PP and B1, beta carotene. Potatoes are a healthy vegetable containing not only starches, which is the main carbohydrate in the diet of a small person, but also vitamins C, A, B6 and minerals: calcium, iron, magnesium. These are the perfect ingredients for a vegetable dish composed for a child who is over 6 months old. Preparation: stir before serving. Heat a whole jar or portion in a pot of boiling water. Start feeding with 2-4 teaspoons and increase portions up to one jar. Once opened, use within 48 hours.
