How to give buckwheat porridge BioBas?

For infants and young children:

• As the first porridge on modified milk or water,

How to prepare buckwheat porridge:

Bottle of teddy bear porridge: 2 flat spoons* porridge, 200ml milk/water.

Bowl of teddy bear porridge: 4 flat spoons* porridge, 200ml milk/water

* 1 Flat spoon = 8g

1. Pour the right amount of porridge into cold milk or water. Boil stirring.

2. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the summer porridge into a bottle or bowl.

Older children can add fruit, jam, jam, butter or chocolate.
