Technical information:

• On the one hand, a blade dedicated to longitudinal cutting, with a triangular tooth for better grain separation. The shape of the teeth allows for easy cutting and also increases the efficiency of the entire process.
• On the other hand, trapezoidal teeth, dedicated to cross-cutting. Thanks to the alternating tooth cut and triple cutting surface, it precisely cuts wood fibers.
• A wider saw blade is usually more stable when cutting, reducing the risk of the saw jamming in the material, which is especially important when cutting thicker wood. It will work during intensive use.
• Saw blade fixed with a screw. A flat screwdriver is required to replace it.
• The saw teeth are open to the sides which prevents the saw from wedged during operation.
• The handles of Japanese saws are made of natural materials - most often from kiri or hinoki wood, wrapped in rattan. Losses in the material that do not affect the work are permitted.
