The automation set ETM-01 Light, brand Elektorobim is designed for double-leaf gates, whose wing does not exceed 2 meters in length and weight 150 kg. To make the use of the drive a pleasure, the actuators have been designed to work as quietly as possible. The slim shape of the actuator will make it suitable for any type of gate without disfiguring it. Thanks to the matching mounts included in the set, the assembly process is extremely simple.

The cylinder housing is made of aluminum. It provides high resistance to weather conditions. In turn, metal sprockets in the transmission translate into increased strength and resistance to damage.

The Light version was created for the lightest and airy gates.

The scope of work is determined by means of an overload switch, i.e. After reaching a specific point (bumper), the control panel disconnects the power supply.

An important aspect of gate automation is opening in conditions of lack of power. That's why we include an emergency unlock key set so you can manually open the gate. The ETM control panel also provides the possibility of connecting an emergency battery power supply, which will open the gate when there is a power outage in the network.

The box is equipped with a digital control panel, powered by a toroidal transformer, connected to the 230V network. With clear instructions, programming the control panel is a breeze. By replacing the electronic converter with a classic transformer in the power section, voltage spikes and any surges go into oblivion. The equipment will be programmed even by a person who has not had contact with electronics before, using an easy-to-use LED display. The most important features and benefits of the control panel include:

• Soft start and release of actuator rotation before closing guarantees smooth and impeccable opening of the gate without tugging the wings.
• The automatic closing function (adjustable time to auto-closing) allows you to program the time after which the gate will close itself.
• Cooperation with many types of gates, including with tab closure. This allows you to set the time before one of the wings.
• Function to operate only one actuatora (e.g. to open the gates or only one gate leaf), if we do not need to open the entire gate at a given moment, because, for example, we go somewhere by motorbike or bicycle.
• Indication of the operating status of the device with LEDs, which helps in the configuration of the device.
• Touch buttons to open the gate on the control panel to make it easier to open the gate if we do not have a remote control on hand (if they are not used, they can be detached).
• Possibility of connecting emergency powered (24V), which will ensure uninterrupted operation of the device.
• External control of the machine operation. Need to open the drive from the garage with a button? No problem. We can also easily connect an external receiver to the KSE board or control the machine using the button on the videophone and intercom, combination keyboard. Thanks to this, you can connect an external radio receiver to the device and control it with remote controls from different manufacturers.

The control panel is equipped with a number of security features:

• Overload protection: during the movement of the gate, electronics measure the motor current on an ongoing basis. After exceeding the value set in the control panel (e.g. when encountering an obstacle), the machine reacts adequately to the emergency situation.
• Optical protection: photocells can be connected to the machine. Even before the gate touches the obstacle, the system will detect its presence and react in an appropriate manner. Possibility to connect more optical detectors and other security features (e.g. emergency button).
• Auto-locking the actuator after stopping: you do not need to use additional locks on the gate to protect it from intruders. The construction of the automatic transmission makes it completely unnecessary.
