Professional automatic leak tester for pipes, hoses, connectors, installation using a smoke generator. This will help us to quickly and accurately locate leaks in pipe systems within minutes. Possibility of using the device in intake system tests, turbocharger test, exhaust system test, cooling system test, car sealing test, fuel tank system test, test of various pipe fittings.
The device works when connected to an external air source like a compressor plus a 12V battery
- The first time you use it, pour 10 to 20 ml of oil
- Be careful NOT to exceed this range.
- Before filling, pour the remaining oil from the detector and only proceed to replenish the new one from 10ml to 20ml
- Fill only when the smoke becomes scarce or absent.
- DO NOT use the detector for more than 8 minutes without interruption needs breaks to cool the pump
Method of action:
1. You pour 10 to 20 ml into the leak detector, e.g.: olives for children
2. You open the engine cover and hang the generator on the engine hood.
3. You disconnect the tube to be connected to the generator.
4. You connect the generator to the DC12V car battery.
5. You turn on the power switch.
6. After 30 seconds, the pipe will fill with smoke.
7. Checking for leak points.
The detector has overheating protection, if it exceeds the temperature of 75 °C, it will automatically turn off the power supply. In such a case, please stop working and return after cooling down.
