1. The gas reducer is designed for domestic use and complies with EN16129.

2. Used for any type of cylinder equipped with a valve with manual opening and connection 21,8 x 1,14L.

3. Used to supply equipment with gas at the pressure indicated on the rating plate.

4. The reducer has a pressure gauge indicating the current pressure in the cylinder.

5. It has a safety valve that activates in cases where the gas device has a higher level of gas consumption than the reducer can handle or there has been a break in the cable.

The use of a pressure gauge is mainly aimed at checking the tightness of the installation.

The pressure gauge allows you to perform a leak test during the installation of a new installation and indicates a low level of gas in the cylinder.

In order to perform the leak test, please follow the steps below:

- install your system;

- then unscrew the cylinder valve;

- fill the hose with gas;

- turn off the cylinder valve and "stop" the gas in the hose.

At this point, the gas is in the system. If this system is gas-tight, the hand on the pressure gauge will be motionless. In the event of a leak, the tip will slowly move to zero.

In this case, the user will have to find a leak with soap and water, and then repair it.

The reducer is intended exclusively for the GERMAN market.

An additional advantage of the pressure gauge is only informing e about low gas levels.

The actual gas level can be observed as below:

- blue color: empty cylinder, there is no more liquid gas. Do not use the cylinder until it is filled.

- yellow color: early warning - plan your refill as soon as possible. The estimated gas level allows for use for a period of 1-2 hours. Cylinder pressure greater than 1 bar.

- green color: sufficient level of gas in the cylinder. Ready to go. Estimated level of gas consumption in hours. Pressure in the cylinder from 1 to 12 bar.

The pressure gauge does not indicate the exact level of liquid gas, but I inform you about the need to replace the cylinder in the near future.

This allows you to make sure that the cylinder is empty and not replace the cylinder still filled with gas.
