The mask was made to provide protection of the respiratory system and against various threats, such as e.g. pairs, mists, gases, dusts and aerosols.

It is an invaluable tool for painters and people working in an environment requiring breath protection.

Filter cartridge absorbers and pre-filters included

• A set of 2pcs high-quality carbon absorbers type P-A1 (6006) with a 3-layer construction perfectly protecting against bothersome odors of paints, gasoline, varnishes, , and other volatile substances and gases. These are excellent replacements for 3M type 6051 absorbers that do not differ in quality from the original and scompliant with EN14387: 2021 standards. (unlike substitutes available on the market)
• A set of 12pcs P2 (408CM) type pre-protective filters meeting the EN143 standard.

• Material: Made of soft silicone. Unlike other cheaper rubber masks (like the 6000 series), silicone is more pleasant to the skin, does not evaporate the skin and adapts better to the face, maintaining tightness.
• Cool Flow Exhaust Valve: Facilitates air exhalation, reduces heat and moisture inside the mask, which is crucial for physical work (e.g. painting the car).
• Mounting system: It features a bayonet system that allows for the installation of a wide range of filters and absorbers. (3M, ABEK, A1, A2)
• The mask is an excellent quality replacement for the 3M 7502 mask that retains function and comfort. Meets strict European standards EN136 (unlike most replacements available on the market)

✅When to change filters?

• Dust filter (white): Replace when you feel resistance when breathing (it is clogged with dust) or when it is visibly dirty.
• Carbon Absorber (Grey): Replace when you smell the varnish/solvent inside the mask. This is a sign that activated carbon has worn out.

  Important: After finishing work, pack the mask tightly into the string bag. Activated carbon works all the time and absorbs moisture and odors from the environment, even when you don’t have a face mask on your face.

Instructions for use:

• Remove the caps of the filter mounts - bayonet system, pressing to the gasket and then turning (identically attach the absorbers)
• Hold the end of the strap with both hands and stretch it so that the respirator can completely cover the nose and mouth area and connect the fasteners behind the neck to seal the respirator to the face.
• Pull the end of the strap again to press it even harder.
• Before use, check the respirator to determine if it is correctly fitted.
• During use, if the user senses odor or increases inhalation resistance, the life of the filter cartridge has expired, the filter cartridge or cotton filter should be replaced immediately.
