DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements and one Flyaway service.

DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) provides four replacements and two Flyaway service runs.

*If you report an accident directly to the manufacturer, the exchange amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.

It includes the possibility of buying a drone at a lower price in the event of failure to deliver the drone wreck to DJI.

An example of such a situation will be drowning a drone after a collision, e.g. with tree branches and other situations that do not allow you to find the drone.

*In order to complete the request, it is necessary that the drone is connected and paired with the controller in the DJI account, as well as passing logs from the last flight for analysis. Flyaway is not available for FPV drones.

1. Go to the manufacturer’s website.

2. During the activation process, enter your Care Refresh code, device serial number and your details.

3. When the activation time has expired, it will be necessary to send a verification video to DJI. Once approved, the service must be activated within 72 hours.

4. The service will be activated and automatically assigned to the drone. You will receive a confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by e-mail.

If you want to use the Flyaway service, link your DJI account and control apparatus to the drone using the DJI Fly app. If you do not do this before the device escapes, it will not be possible to replace it.

Alternatively, you can report a fault on the manufacturer’s website and send the drone to DJI with the annotation that you have DJI Care Refresh.

Includes:

• Replacement or repair in case of collision, fall, drop, damage caused by operator error

• Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal or accessories. Stealing or abandoning a product. Damage caused by flight in inappropriate weather conditions.
• Transmitter, accessory, deliberate loss of drone, damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
• Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure. Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
• Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the manual for use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
• Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories. batteries or software.
• Additional fees associated with improving the model, improving its performance.

• 12 Month Manufacturer's Warranty Extension as a Safe Flying Award

You can extend your DJI Care Refresh service protection up to a maximum of 3 years. If you want to do this, buy an additional annual plan.

Extensions can only be made using an annual plan during the current plan or within 15 days from the end of the service.
