DJI Care Refresh is service protection for your drone that provides you with two replacements of damaged equipment per year for a small additional fee . Covers damage caused by, among other things , collision or contact with water . The damaged equipment will then be replaced with new or equivalent to new . The service package can be activated once up to 48 hours after the activation (first launch) of the drone or at a later date after submitting the verification video to DJI . It is also possible to extend the protection – just purchase an additional annual plan (maximum twice – you get a total of up to 3 years). Moreover, the official manufacturer's warranty applies during the service validity period.

For DJI Osmo Action 4, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is: PLN 95 DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements. DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) provides four replacements. *

1. The code should be activated on the manufacturer’s website

2. During the activation process, you must provide the content of the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (it is located directly on the product) and the data of the person activating the Package (name and surname, e-mail address).

3. The Service Package will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive a confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by e-mail. Your drone is safe now!

It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to the product 48 hours after its activation. To do this, you need to send a verification video showing the condition of the device to the manufacturer.

The procedure for dealing with an accident is very simple. All you need to do is report a failure and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service – remember to add an annotation that you have purchased DJI Care Refresh protection. When you receive a repair quote, consider whether you decide on it or want to use the replacement as part of the service. If you choose the second option, pay the appropriate amount – you will receive the replaced equipment as a priority. Moreover, if you are located in the same region where you purchased the service package, the shipping costs will be covered by the manufacturer!

2. When you receive a repair quote, decide whether you want to use it or prefer a replacement under DJI Care Refresh.

3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, pay for the replacement – then you will receive another copy or new spare parts, for example, a gimbal, a camera, propellers.
