Diagnostic leak detector Ancel S3000

Ancel S3000 is a leak detector that allows for effective diagnostics of many vehicle systems using smoke or compressed air. The compact design includes a pressure gauge, flowmeter, independent control of operating modes and a number of safety functions. The device is designed to work with EVAP, turbo, EGR, intake, fuel, cooling, exhaust and vacuum systems. It also supports EGR systems and vacuum tests (vacuum leaks). Efficiency, ease of use and versatility make it a ready-to-work tool in any workshop.

2 modes of operation

Diagnostic leak detector Ancel S3000 offers 2 operating modes – Air and Smoke, activated by separate buttons. With separate buttons to activate the air pump and smoke generator, you can start the test exactly the way your system requires – without having to switch configurations or disconnect components.

Visible test effect

The Ancel S3000 generator produces dense and stable smoke that effectively highlights leak sites – even minor ones. The test process begins after pouring 20 ml of test oil, which enables quick and accurate diagnosis without dismantling the system. Thanks to this, you will save time and avoid incorrect replacement of functional elements. Smoke is extracted through a separate outlet port on the side of the housing, which makes it easy to direct it to a specific place.

Precise control of parameters

On the front of the device there is a pressure gauge in PSI units and a flow meter (LPM) with a flow control knob. Thanks to this, you gain full control over the pressure and volume of smoke entering the system. These indications are also used to estimate the scale of the leak – from small to massive. The pressure indicator allows you to quickly detect drops that clearly indicate the presence of leaks.

Flow control

The integrated flowmeter with a clear scale in liters per minute allows for precise adjustment of the smoke flow force to the tested system. The low flow increases the visibility of smoke with minor leaks, while the high flow allows for quick filling of larger pipe spaces. Constant flow is also a test method – a stable level means tightness, and its decrease indicates the scale of leakage.

Compact but durable design

The housing made of metal with dimensions of 185 × 130 × 85 mm is resistant to mechanical damage. The device is equipped with a hook for hanging and a Velcro fastening strap, which makes it easier to work in tight service spaces and under the hood of the vehicle. In addition, there is an integrated oil level indicator on the housing, which allows you to quickly check the amount of test liquid before starting work. Thermal protection enables safe operation in a wide range of temperatures. Overheating protection is activated automatically when it exceeds 75°C, and the frost-resistant system allows normal operation even at -20°C. The system automatically turns off the device in case of too high temperature, preventing damage to internal components.

Easy interpretation of results

The indicator system allows you to assess the size of leaks – no leakage, small leakage or large leakage. Clear scales on the discs allow for quick analysis of the system condition without the need for additional measuring tools. Both the flowmeter and the blood pressure monitor act as diagnostic indicators that you can observe in real time.
