Dextrex Juice® conditioner is a well-thought-out complex of pharmaceutical dextrose, micronized taurine with a large addition of magnesium. The whole is m.in. optimization of creatine action. New enhanced formula of the well-known Dextro Juice. Creatine supplementation is run by m.in. to increase the rate of ATP renewal in muscle cells, which in turn may result in an increase in strength and muscle mass.

Method of use

How to use OLIMP Dextrex Juice - 1000g: As a creatine transporter, we offer 1 serving of Dextrex Juice® (approx. 40 g i.e. Dissolve 65 units of Olimp scoop or 4 flat tablespoons) in a glass of water. In such a prepared drink, predetermined portions of creatine should be distributed. can also be used as an additive to nutrients or as an independent carbohydrate preparation supplementing glycogen stores, which is best used in the post-workout period at a dose of about 20-60 g per serving; during this period we propose to combine with a high-protein preparation.
