The Distar 1A1R Hard Ceramics Advanced disc is designed for professionals who demand reliable tools.

Hard Ceramics Advanced is designed for high-speed cutting of a wide range of porcelain and stoneware materials, including those with a thickness of 20 mm. It will work very well when cutting double-fired stoneware that requires the use of top-class tools.

Disc with a continuous diamond segment with the addition of graphite chips forming a microporous structure with lubricating properties. The admixture of graphite grains reduces the effect of thermal load and at the same time causes self-sharpening of the disc, which translates into extending its service life. The quality of the edges of the cut material is excellent thanks to the ultra-thin edge of the disc - only 1,3 mm (disc with a diameter of 200 mm).

The height of the segment is 10 mm in all sizes available from 115 mm to 350 mm. Thanks to the balanced body, the disc maintains a perfectly straight cutting line, and laser cutouts on the segment line eliminate vibration and provide additional cooling during operation.

Hard Ceramics Advanced due to its properties is classified as a disc with the highest working speed and the best quality edge of the processed material, but these results are achieved at the price of reduced disc life. To extend the life of the disc, it is recommended to use cooling according to the art.

The mounting hole is depending on the size of the disk from 22,23 mm to 60 mm. The disc is designed to work on table cutters with water cooling.
