✳ Diamond embankment

The key to the effectiveness of the discs is diamond embankment, which is a layer of synthetic diamond particles that are responsible for fast and clean cutting even in extremely hard materials. The diamond used in the discs is not natural, but produced under controlled conditions, which ensures uniform quality and resistance. Thanks to this, the tool retains sharpness for a long time, and the cutting process is cooler and more controlled than using standard abrasive discs.

✳ Reduction ring

Discs are most often manufactured with a universal hole (e.g. 22,23mm), and machines such as grinders can sometimes have slightly different spindle diameters. For this reason, we add a reduction ring to the discs (which have a hole of 22,23 mm), which reduces the diameter of the hole to 20 mm and thus increases the versatility of our disc.

Advantages of reducing ring:

• reduces the disc opening to the correct spindle diameter,
• prevents beating and vibration of the shield,
• protects against shifting of the shield during operation,
• allows the use of one disc on different machines.

✳ Hexagonal shape of segments

Each of the discs has a different gradation, which allows for controlled surface treatment - from stripping to smoothing.

Gradation 50 is an aggressive shield for removing larger bumps and scratches. Gradation 100 works as an intermediate stage, preparing the surface for the final cut. Gradation 200 allows gentle smoothing and leveling of the stoneware structure.
