DC motor direction change controller with operating times.
The device allows you to change the direction of rotation of the DC motor along with support for front/rear control signals and set operating times.
The following input signals are available:
- FWD- forward
- REV- backwards
- STOP - stop
All input signals are monostable (instantaneous) of the NPN type (mass indication).
The controller has the following operating modes:
- F01 after switching on the power supply, the forward direction is switched on for T1, then the engine stops for T3, after its countdown, the reverse direction is switched on for T2 time. The action is repeated for a set number of cycles. Stop entry interrupts the cycle.
- F02 after the FWD/REV signal is given, the forward direction is switched on for T1, then the engine stops for T3, after its deduction, the reverse direction is switched on for T2 time. The action is repeated for a set number of cycles. Stop entry interrupts the cycle.
- F11 after the FWD signal is given, the forward direction is switched on for T1 time and automatically stopped for T3 time. The REV signal causes the backward direction for the time of T2, after its expiration there is a stop for the time of T3.
- F12 after the FWD signal is given, the forward direction is switched on for T1 time and automatically stopped for T3 time. The REV signal causes the backward direction for the time of T2, after its expiration there is a stop for the time of T3. (FWD/REV signals are ignored in the meantime).
- F21 When the FWD signal is given, the motor is switched on to the front direction (works as long as the FWD signal is given) the same situation applies to the REV signal. (stop is ignored).
- F22 When the FWD signal is given, the motor is switched on to the front direction (works as long as the FWD signal is given) the same situation applies to the REV signal. (stop is allowed).
Basics of time
The following time bases can be set in the controller:
- Tenth of a second 0,1 s
- Seconds 1s
- Minutes 1 min
Time setting range is 0,1- 9999 min
Cycle setting range is 1-99 cycles
We have the following times available :
- T1 forward running time
- T2 backwards running time
- T3 break time
Parameters are displayed on the LED display, parameters are changed using buttons.
The board is supplied with voltage in the range of 6-24VDC.
In addition, the device is equipped with a DC 5.5/2.1 connector on which only 5VDC voltage can be given! (giving a higher voltage will lead to damage).
