How to properly unpack a rolled mattress.

Your mattress has been vacuum packed and rolled for transport. To unpack it safely, follow these steps:

⚠ NOTE! Cut the film carefully so as not to damage the mattress.

1 Remove duct tape and additional protective films.

2 Gently roll out the mattress.

3 Scissors cut the foil along the mattress

4 The mattress will begin to take shape. Remove the film and leave on a flat surface.

5 Full size restoration can take up to 72 hours.

Ventilate the mattress for 1-3 days to get rid of the smell after packing.

Additional information

• Mattresses made of polyurethane foam, latex, visco and other materials are characterized by high compressibility and elasticity. As a manufacturer, we allow slight deviations in dimensions: +/- 2% in width and length and +/- 1 cm in mattress height.
• It is recommended that the mattress is not stored in an airtight package for more than 14 days. After unpacking, avoid transporting the mattress in an upright position.
• The frame on which the mattress will be placed should be made of spring, pine or beech slats. For spring mattresses, the distance between the slats should not exceed 30-40 mm, while for other types of mattresses, this distance can be 50-60 mm.
