Method of use
Mix 5 g (1 flat scoop) in 150 – 200 ml of water or juice and drink immediately after preparation. Use according to individual needs, no more than once a day. On training days, recommended use before or after training.

L-citrulline is a non-protein amino acid naturally occurring m.in. in watermelon.
