How does Larvanem work?

Capsanem contains nematodes that actively search for and penetrate into pests. Nematodes release special bacteria that break down the victims’ tissues into nutrients for the nematodes. The larvae die within a few days. Simple and effective!

How is Larvan used?

1. Take the sachet out of the package and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
2. Scrub and pour the contents of the sachet into at least 4 litres of water (15-20°C), mix well and wait 5 minutes for the product to soak.
3. Pour into the sprayer (nozzle min. 0,5 mm / 500 microns – 35 mesh)
4. Use immediately: The solution is ready for immediate use.

Note: Mix the solution at all times to prevent nematodes from settling at the bottom of the sprayer tank.

Note: Avoid washers equipped with centrifugal or reciprocating pumps.

1) Soil dosing: 0,25-0,5 million nematodes per m² ➜ 1 sachet = 50 - 100 m2 area

• Nematodes can be applied using a watering can, sprayer, sprinkler, backpack and vehicle sprayers.
• Continuously stir the solution in the tank.
• Before and after application, moisten the soil for 2 weeks.

Optimal conditions of use:

• Moist soil: A few days after application, soil moisture must be maintained at a high level. If possible, the crop should be rehydrated before and immediately after application.
• Soil temperature: Between 14°C and 33°C.
• UV protection: Apply in the evening or in the shade.
• Product handling: Use immediately after reconstitution. It is not advisable to store the mixed solution.
