High quality Beta Alanine with vit B6

Dietary supplement. Pre-workout formula based on beta-alanine with the addition of vitamin B6. The product is intended for people with increased physical activity. Vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended use:

Mix 1 scoop of powder (0,805 g) with 150 ml of water. Consume up to 3 servings a day, preferably before training. Use on training days. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 2,415 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
