The STIHL MS 172 petrol saw is a practical and versatile device for garden care. The cutting set with a standard 3/8'' chainsaw ensures precise cutting, and the STIHL anti-vibration system allows the MS 172 combustion saw to work without straining the muscles and joints of the working person. The result is a quiet, even chainsaw operation.

With a single lever control system, all functions can be operated with one hand. If the work is interrupted, the stop lever automatically returns to the working position and can be resumed immediately. A big advantage is the side chain tensioner, which allows you to easily and safely tighten the chain without touching the blade. The MS 172 combustion saw is also equipped with a diagnostic connector for servicing chainsaws.
