Reinforced chain drive sprocket

In our saw we used hardened, reinforced chain drive sprocket, which is characterized by very high resistance to abrasion and damage. It is an element that constantly works in direct contact with the chain, which is why it has been designed to without any problems to withstand constant load and intense friction.

The saw uses a solid metal chain tensioner, which allows a strong and stable tension of the cutting system. Thanks to this, the chain has no slack, does not slide off the guide and works evenly along the entire cutting length.

Brushless 1400W motor - fast cutting without compromise

The 1400W brushless motor provides the perfect balance between performance and battery life of up to 4.0Ah. Thanks to this, the device offers dynamic, fast cutting, and chain speed up to 10 m/s makes the work smooth, comfortable and extremely effective.

The 20V motor power supply guarantees much more power and energy than in devices based on 12V or 18V voltage, which directly translates into better performance and a greater working culture.

Gearbox – high efficiency and cutting force

The saw uses an efficient toothed gear, which optimally uses high engine speed up to 18 000 rpm. /min. Properly selected gear ratio turns the engine speed into high torque on the chain, thanks to which the saw enters the wood confidently and without "tiring" the device.

The entire mechanism is mounted on ball bearings, which reduce resistance to movement and ensure smooth operation of the drive.

Engine with cooling, chain with lubrication

The motor in our saw is equipped with an efficient cooling fan, which effectively dissipates heat during operation. Thanks to this, the device can work long under load without the risk of overheating, even with intensive cutting.

The saw has a manual chain lubrication system – a practical reservoir with a built-in pump. Simply press the pump to precisely feed the oil onto the chain. Thanks to this, you have full control over lubrication and can adjust its intensity to the current cutting conditions

Convenient chain tensioner

The BT-CS-250 is equipped with a convenient, tool-free chain tensioning system – a large knob on the housing and a nut with a handy plastic handle. Thanks to this, replacement of the chain and guide and adjustment of their tension are quick, simple and do not require any additional tools, which saves time and facilitates work in all conditions.

High carbon steel chain

The cutting chain is made of high carbon steel, valued for its exceptional hardness and wear resistance. cutting teeth stay sharper, less often require sharpening and more confidently dig into the wood. The chain stretches less, maintains stable tension and works smoothly even under heavy use.
