Q1: How to solve the problem of the machine not absorbing water?

A1: Insert the battery, as shown in Pic.1, press and hold the switch while injecting clean water into the water pipe connection port, continue for 3-5 minutes until the internal rubber pad is unblocked and the air is discharged, then the water can be absorbed normally.
