BCAA Plus is a supplement to the diet of athletes. Branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), commonly called BCAAs, belong to the group of essential amino acids, i.e. those that are not synthesized by the human body, so they must be provided in supplementation or food.

BCAA Plus from IRON HORSE is a high-quality dietary supplement that provides comprehensive regeneration for your muscles. The composition has been enriched with m.in. o beta alanine or B vitamins responsible for proper muscle function.

The supplement has been enriched with additional amino acids. Among them are beta-alanine and histidine (they are the main components of carnosine, which protects against the reduction of exercise capacity resulting from the reduction of pH m.in. in connection with increased production of lactic acid); tyrosine (a precursor of the most important neurotransmitters, promotes the reduction of fatigue, supposedly it can also contribute to the recruitment of more muscle fibers during training); acetylated form of the amino acid L-carnitine, or ALCAR (supports the work of mitochondria, thanks to which it promotes high energy levels with additional antioxidant potential and procognity).

The product contains magnesium, thiamine and key B vitamins. Compounds such as vitamin B6 and B12 are essential for the proper functioning of the body – m.in. They condition the work of the nervous and muscular systems, support energy metabolism. People exposed to excessive physical exertion usually need more of them and rarely manage to fully cover this demand only from food.
